A pioneer in the digital marketing industry, Carrie began developing websites, online marketing campaigns, multi-media promotions and executing online banner advertising campaigns in 1996. She prides herself in treating each campaign as if she were back in the client-side seat, with a special focus on analytics and can often be found saying that she treats each client campaign as if it were coming from her own checkbook.
Most recently Carrie lived overseas in Shanghai and Hong Kong. served as SVP/Online Media Director for U.S. International Media which she joined in 2005 to co-found the Interactive division, bringing her rich online knowledge and varied experience to USIM’s diverse clients. Carrie oversaw all aspects of US Interactive’s Media operations and client initiatives.
Carrie started her career in media at ABC/Capital Cities in New York City. Thereafter she moved to Los Angeles and soon became Department Head and Director of New Media at PolyGram Filmed Entertainment where she was responsible for film, home entertainment and television online marketing. She started her own agency and online media buying service, IEMC, Inc. (Interactive, Entertainment & Motorsports Consulting) in 1999 and worked with both clients direct and various agencies providing interactive solutions.
Carrie was one of the founding members of SIA (Society for Internet Advancement) in LA, is involved in many other industry boards and speaks at conferences and on panels, and served as a founding member on the board of LVIMA (Las Vegas Interactive Media Association) as Event Chair.
